Our Adult Family Home is located at the Cascade Area , a very quiet neighborhood close to a park ,very accessible to Highways (Highway 14, 205 and I-5), near establishments at the Mill Plain Area and holds 5 residents owned by a Registered Nurse, Dementia and Mental Health Certified living at same household with a daughter Certified Nurse Assistant both with certifications on Developmental Disability.We hope to restore the lives of our clients by giving a personalized care from our heart.As of now, our home is available for one private client as individual provider and soon accept medicaid once licensed.
