Adult Foster Care Place

Here at AFC Place, we strive for greatness when it comes to caring for our residents.

The home is a split level home where the main floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, access to a patio, and a hallway leading to each one of the bedrooms.

Residents have access to the fridge and microwave for snacks and their dietary needs.

Every resident bedroom and bathroom is equipped with an Alert button that when pressed will alert the caregivers currently present in the facility for any problems or needs that a resident might have.

The facility is classified as a Level 2 home, this means that we can take in residents who can only have up to 3 full-time assistance in activities of daily living.

The basic care includes a private room, 3 meals a day and snacks, furnished room, bathroom necessities, housekeeping, daily ADL’s, showers, and medication management.

Rooms come furnished with a bed, satellite-connected TV, closet, and nightstand. 

Each bedroom is about 9×12 feet in size and has enough room to move around.

Each bedroom is equipped with an alert button, TV, laundry hamper, lamp, blinds, curtains, 36-inch wide door that is lockable, a key to the door, and multiple outlets for electricity.

This is an 8 bedroom home with four bathrooms.

Private and nice fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood.
