Allegiance Home Care is a 5 bed Adult Foster Home located in Portland. We provide quality care and strive to ensure our residents live a worry free and happy life. Each resident has their own spacious room and private bathroom.

Are you a family or friend caring for a loved one, but in need of a break? We are here to help. We provide Adult Day Care Monday through Sunday 8AM – 9PM. Adult Day Care includes; meals, activities and socialization.

– Michele Nixon, the owner of Allegiance, has over 30 years experience in the adult care industry. She has extensive knowledge and experience in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.
-Brittney Leisman, Licensed nurse, is available 24/7.
– We believe that each person is unique and we work hard to ensure we provide individualized services. We want our residents to feel at home.
– We provide large rooms with individual bathrooms.
