Morgan Garden Adult Care Home is a level 3 adult care home. It has 5 private bedrooms each with a half bath and glass sliding doors to the backyard, extra large hallways, large shower room, the common area and dining room have large windows overseeing the backyard and patio.
We have a live in Resident Care Manager who has separate living quarters and works 4 days a week. She has a small dog that comes to visit residents who enjoy spending time with animals. The Owner/ Licensed Provider lives and works in the home 3 days per week. There is a Nurse Practitioner on staff who specializes in geriatric care with over 20 years of experience. We have nightshift caregivers and are staffed with two caregivers most of the day.
We have a person-centered approach to caregiving and offer individual activities based on the resident’s interests and abilities. We offer exceptional care in a friendly and loving setting.
Our monthly rate is 9,000 and is all inclusive. The price could increase if the resident consistently requires a two person transfer. The cost would increase by 1,500 per month. We do not have a Medicaid contract.
