Services include independent living apartments with a la carte services, licensed care in assisted living apartments, and memory services in a totally secured environment. Woodhaven is a small-scale service center that focuses on person-centered (individualized) care, and we deliver that service 24/7 in four separate neighborhoods, each with approximately 30 residents. Each neighborhood has its own bistro dining and family room.
