Sound and Safe Adult Foster Home strive to provide the highest quality of care and service in our beautiful five bedrooms with a fantastic view. Our goal is to assist residents maintain a physical, mental, and spiritual enjoyable lifestyle in our care. We continually provide 24 hours excellence care and have a passion for doing the best for our residents. I have a class 2 adult foster care in located at 1725 1st st Columbia city, OR 97018. Currently I have 4 bedrooms available and I accept medicaid and private residents. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom for any residents that are interested in having their own bathroom. I also have a shared room for residents that are interested in sharing a bedroom.
