My home Victory care home LLC is in Beaverton –5810 SW 176th avenue. I have five open Vacancies. I am licensed as a level 3 home. We will consider both private and Medicaid clients. The home is wheelchair accessible with a spacious patio at the back. We have a call light system for the safety of the patients and timely responses to their needs. No pets are allowed, we do allow smoking in designated areas only. I am an RN with experience for over 12 years of bedside nursing and managerial working with a variety of patients including mental health, TBI, Dementia, Diabetes, Hospice, wound care, post-surgical patients, G-tube, trachea and many more.
